Add New Cohort Form

Description: Welcome to the Cohort Management page. This page displays the Add New Cohort form. This form allows users the capability to Add a Cohort to the YouthBuild system.   

Functions: This page contains the following functions:

Add a New Cohort

Complete the following to Add a New Cohort:

• Fill out all required fields on this form to Add a New Cohort.

• Using the Calendar Year drop-down list, select the applicable calendar year. (Required Field)

• Using the Month drop-down list, select the applicable month. (Required Field)

• In the Cohort Description text box, enter a brief description of the Cohort. (Maximum of 100 Characters)

Note: The system will automatically assign the Cohort name based on the Calendar Year and Month selected. The system will NOT allow two cohorts with the same Calendar Year and Month combination be created.  

• Once all required fields have been completed, click the (Save) button. This will display the Successfully Saved Message.

• Click the 'here' link to return to the Cohort Management page. The newly created Cohort record will appear under the Cohort Management Overview section.
