This is the ONLY role not displayed. This role is created by the Program
Office. The Grantee role is a super user of the YouthBuild system. They
have the rights to create, update and view all cases and management reports
contained under their grant number. In addition the Grantee role can perform
all administrative functions and also is the ONLY user that has the authority
to certify and submit the Narrative and Quarterly Performance Reports.
This user role will not appear in the Roles section.
Administrator:
The role
of the Administrator is the same as the Grantee in the YouthBuild System.
However,
unlike the Grantee, the Administrator cannot certify or submit the Narrative
and Quarterly Performance Reports (QPR). Administrators have all other
rights in the YouthBuild system.
Youth
Specialist: The role of the Youth Specialist can view all cases
under a grant number. However, the Youth Specialist role cannot view the
case notes section located within the participant’s case. If the case
notes were entered by the Youth Specialist then they will be able to view
the notes.
Supervisor:
The role of the Supervisor has the rights to create, update and view all
cases and management reports that have been created by them or the Case
Managers under their supervision.
Case
Manager: The role of the Case Manager has the rights to create,
update and view cases that have been created by them, assigned to them
by their supervisor, or those cases transferred to them by the Grantee/Administrator.
Sub-Grantee:
The role of Sub-Grantee has the same rights as the Administrator. This
role however, will only appear if a Sub-Grantee Organization has been
created (See Add
New Sub-Grantee). Sub-Grantees will only see those cases that are
created/assigned to them.
Data
Technician: The role of the Data Technician has the rights to create
group services. This is the ONLY user role that can be combined with any
of the above user roles.
Read
Only: The role of the Read Only Users have very limited access
to the YouthBuild system. This user role cannot create or edit anything
in the system. The Read Only user has access to the Cases and Home tab
in the YouthBuild system.
