Case Transfer Log

Description: Welcome to the Case Transfer Log page. This page displays those cases that have been transferred from one user to another. This page is visible to only the Grantee and Administrators of YouthBuild. Grantees and Administrators are the only users who will have the capability to transfer a participants case from one user to another.

Case Transfer Overview

The Case Transfer Overview section located in the middle of the Case Transfer Log page displays the following information:

• Participant Column: This columns displays the participants name.

• Transferred From: This column displays the users name whom the case was initially assigned to prior to the transfer.

• Transferred To: This column displays the users name whom the case was transferred to and whom the case is currently assigned to.

• Transferred By: this column displays the user whom transferred the case.

• Date Transferred: This column displays the date when the case was transferred.
