Arrest/Re-arrest/Re-incarceration Selection

Description: Welcome to the Outcomes page. This page displays the Arrest/Re-arrest/Re-incarceration Selection Screen. This screen allows users to select the type of Arrest/Re-arrest outcome that needs to be added to the participants case. This is the first step in Adding the Arrest/Re-arrest.

Complete the following to select the type of arrest/re-arrest:

• Select one of the Arrested/Re-adjudicated/Re-incarcerated radio buttons to identify the type of Re-adjudicated/Re-Incarcerated.

Depending on the radio button selected, users will have one of the following options:

• If any of the first six radio buttons are selected, click the (Continue) button  Users will be directed to the Outcomes: Add Arrest/Re-adjudicated page and display the Add Arrest/Re-adjudicated/Re-incarceration form.

Note: The Add Arrest/Re-adjudication/Re-incarceration form fields will vary depending on the radio button selected.

• To complete the form Click Here.

• If the last radio button was selected, click the (Save) button. This will display the Successfully Saved Message.

Successfully Saved Message

• Click the 'here' link to return to the Outcomes page. The newly created Arrest/Re-adjudication Outcome record will be displayed in the Outcomes Overview section.
