Exit  

Description: Welcome to the Exit page. This page  When a participant completes the YouthBuild program or is no longer a participate an Exit (reason for leaving) must be added to the participants case. This page allows users the capability to Add the reason for the exit. Once the Exit has been created, the Exit Overview section will display the Exit information. A participant cannot exit the program without having the Assessment at Entry form completed and at least one Basic Skills test completed.

Functions: This page contains the following functions:

• Add Exit for Other Reason

Add Hard Exit

Complete the following to Add a Hard Exit to the participants case:

• Click the Add Hard Exit  link located on the right hand side of the page. This will open the Hard Exit form.

• To complete the form Click Here.

• Once completed the Exit information will display in the Exit Overview section.
