Tools

Description: Welcome to the Tools page. This page displays all Reminder/Alerts pertaining to the user currently logged in. The Reminders/Alerts are displayed in a table with the following headings: Participant, Reminder and Due Date. The Reminders/Alerts are sorted by the participants last name.  

 

Functions: This page contains the following functions:

 

Filter or search for a specific reminder/alert:

To filter out or search for a specific reminder or group of reminders, complete the following:

  • Use one or more of the filtering options below the Reminders Overview heading.

Search Reminders

    • Select one of the participants from the Participants drop-down list.

    • In the Reminder text box, enter the subject of the reminder.

    • In the Due Date text box, enter the due date of the reminder. Users can also use the image13.gif (Calendar) icon to select the due date.

 Notes: To refine your results, use multiple filtering options.

  • Once the filtering criteria has been entered, click the image16.gif button. This will refresh the reminders and only display those reminders that meet the filtering criteria.

Add a New Reminder:

Complete the following to Add a New Reminder:

  • Click the Add new Reminder link located on the right hand side of the page. This will open the Add New Reminder form.

  • To complete the form Click Here.

  • Once completed the newly created reminder will be displayed under the Reminders Overview section.

View an existing reminder:

To view an existing Reminder, complete the following:

  • Select a Reminder link located under the Reminder column. This will open the Update Reminder form.  

  • To update a reminder, Click here. Otherwise, click the image22.gif (Cancel) button to return to the Tools page.
