Add New Team Form   

Description: Welcome to the Team Management page. This page displays the Add New Team form. This form allows users the capability to Add a Team to the YouthBuild system.  

Functions: This page contains the following functions:

• Add New Team

• Add New Cohort

Add New Team

Complete the following to Add a New Team:

• Fill out all required fields on this form to Add a New Team.

• In the Team Name text box, enter the name of the Team. (Required Field)

• In the Team Description text box, enter a brief description of the Team. (Maximum of 100 Characters)

• Using the Select a Cohort drop-down list, select the associated Cohort. (Required Field)

Note: If the Cohort is not in the Select a Cohort drop-down list, users must add the Cohort to the system before Adding the New Team. To Add a New Cohort, click the Add New Cohort  link. If the 'Add New Cohort' link is selected, all information entered on this form will be erased.  

• Once all required fields have been completed, click the (Save) button. This will display the Successfully Saved Message.

• Click the 'here' link to return to the Team Management page. The newly created Team record will appear under the Team Management Overview section.
