Select Cohort/Team

Description: Welcome the Group Service Management page. This page displays the Select Cohort/Team form. This form is used to complete the first step when adding a Group Service to the YouthBuild system. The Select Cohort/Team form displays two drop-down lists. These drop-down lists provide the capability to select the specific Cohort and Team needed.

Complete the following to Select a Cohort and a Team:

Using the Cohort drop-down list, select a specific Cohort.

Note: The Team(s) associated with the selected Cohort will populate the Team drop-down list.

Using the Team drop-down list, select a specific Team.
Click the (Next) button. Users will be directed to the Assign Group Service form. To complete this from Click Here.
