Add New IDP Strategy Form
Description: Welcome to the
IDP page. This page displays
the Add New IDP Strategy form.
This form allows users to Add a New Individual Development Plan (IDP)
Strategy. The various Strategies or steps will identify how the IDP will
be obtained.

Add a New Strategy to an IDP
Complete the following to Add a New Strategy to an IDP:
Fill out all Required fields to Add a New Strategy.
In the Step
Description text box, enter a brief description of the step or
action that will be completed by the participant. This field is limited
to 400 Characters. (Required
Field) In the Date
to be Attained text box, enter the projected date the step will
be completed by. Users can also use the  (Calendar)
icon to select the date. In the Date
Actual Attained text box, enter the actual date the IDP was attained.
Users can also use the  (Calendar)
icon to select the date. In the Step
Evidence text box, enter the desired Step Evidence.
Once all required fields have been completed,
click the  (Save)
button. This will display the Successfully
Saved Message.
