IDP
Description: Welcome to the
IDP page. This page allows users
to create, edit and view Individual Development Plans (IDP) for a participant.
This page also allows users to create, view and edit various Strategies
(also known as steps) needed for the completion of the IDP. This page
is only accessible once the Assessment
at Entry form has been completed.
Functions: This page contains
the following function(s):
Add a New IDP Goal
Complete the following to Add a New IDP Goal:
Click the Add New IDP
Goal link located on the right hand side of the page. This will open
the Add New IDP form. To complete the form Click
Here. Once completed the newly created IDP Goal will
be displayed under the Individual Development
Plan (IDP) section.

View an Existing IDP Goal
Complete the following to View an Existing IDP Goal:
Select an IDP Goal located next to the IDP
Description: field. This will open the Update
IDP form. To update this form, Click
here. Otherwise, click the  (Cancel)
button to return to the IDP page.

Add a New IDP Strategy
Complete the following to Add a New IDP Strategy to an IDP:
Once the IDP has been created, the Add
New Strategy link will appear on the right hand side of the page.
Click the Add
New Strategy link located on the right hand side of the page below
the created IDP. This will open the Add
New IDP Strategy form. To complete the form Click
Here. Once completed the newly created IDP Strategy
will be displayed under the Individual
Development Plan (IDP) section.

View an Existing IDP Strategy
Complete the following to View an Existing IDP Strategy:
Click the specific Strategy (step) located in
the Step Description column. This
will open the Update IDP Strategy
form. To update this form, Click
here. Otherwise, click the (Cancel)
button to return to the IDP page.

Printable Version
Located next to the Individual Development
Plan (IDP) label is a  (Printer)
icon. When selected, the printer icon will open the information on the
IDP page in a printable window.
Click the  (Printer)
icon located on the top of the page to print off a copy of the IDP and
the corresponding strategies.
Note: Users MUST
have Adobe Acrobat Reader in
order to view the IDP in the printable window.
