Service Provider Management

Description: Welcome to the Service Provider Management page. This page displays all Service Providers that have been created. Users can also create, view and edit Service Providers from this page. This page can be accessed through either the Cases tab or through the Admin tab. If accessed through the Cases tab the User Information section will appear between the Header and Service Provider Overview sections. When accessed through the Admin tab the User Information section will not be visible.  

Functions: This page contains the following function(s):

• Add New Service Provider

• View an Existing Service Provider

Add New Service Provider

Complete the following to Add a New Service Provider:

• Click the Add New Service Provider link located on the right hand side of the page. This will open the New Service Provider form.

• To complete the form Click Here.

• Once completed the newly created Service Provider record will be displayed under the Service Provider Overview section

View an Existing Service Provider

Complete the following to View an Existing Service Provider:

• Select an existing Service Provider links located in the Provider Name column. The selected Service Provider will open the Update Service Provider form.

• To update this form, Click here. Otherwise, click the (Cancel) button to return to the Service Provider Management page.
