Group Service Management  

Description: Welcome to the Group Service Management page. This page allows users to create, view and edit Group Services. The Group Service functionality provides the capability for users to add multiple participants to a single service/activity. Users will also have access to the Service Provider Management page from this page. The Service Provider Management page allows user the capability to create, view and edit service providers.

Functions: This page contains the following function(s):

• Add New Group Service

• View a Group Service

• Access the Service Provider Management Page

Add New Group Service

Complete the following to Add a New Group Service:

• Click the Add New Group Service link located on the right hand side of the page. This will open the Select Cohort/Team form.

• This is the first part of Adding a New Group Service. To complete this form Click Here.

• The second part of Adding a New Group Service is to assign the participants to the service/activity.

• To complete the second part of Adding a New Service, Click Here.

• Once completed the Group Service will be displayed under the Group Service Management Overview section.

View a Group Service

Complete the following to view a Group Service:

• Select an existing Group Service link located in the Category column. The selected Group Service will open on the Update Group Service form.

• To update this form, Click here. Otherwise, click the (Cancel)button to return to the Group Service Management page.

Access the Service Provider Management Page

Complete the following to access the Service Provider Management page:

• Click the Service Provider Management link. This will direct users to the Service Provider Management page. On this page users will be able to create, view and edit service providers.

Note: When the 'Service Provider Management' link is selected from the Group Service Management page, the user information will not appear on the top of the page
